Who we are
Saint City Community CIC, registered in England & Wales, company no. 14872305. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our programmes. You can contact us at admin@saintcitycommunity.co.uk.
What we collect
Contact details you provide through our forms (name, email, phone), programme registration information including emergency contacts and relevant medical or accessibility needs, attendance records, and anonymous website analytics.
Why we collect it
To deliver and safely staff our programmes, to respond to your enquiries, to meet safeguarding obligations, to report anonymised outcomes to funders and commissioners, and, where you have opted in, to send you our newsletter.
Lawful basis
We rely on consent for marketing communications, legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and improving delivery, contract for programme participation, and legal obligation for safeguarding records.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Programme registration records are kept for the duration of participation plus six years. Safeguarding records are retained in line with statutory guidance. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary: with statutory safeguarding partners where there is a concern, with venue providers for access and emergency purposes, and with our IT and email service providers under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies for core functionality and your theme preference, plus privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
